SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

Customers can return new and unworn items with tags still attached within 14 days on boutique only apparel items. The customer is responsible for return and shipping costs. 

 

We ship with actual shipping costs at the current most cost effective rate, typically through USPS Ground Advantage (insured). Handling times are typically less than three (3) business days. Tracking information will always be provided for your convenience. 

 

Due to the intimate nature of worn hats and certain jewelry and accessories, these items will not be accepted for returns. All items will be inspected for factory defects and flaws prior to shipping. If your item is damaged in transit, rest assured we will make it right, thus why we require insurance on each and every package we send out.
